American Chemistry Council (ACC)
Moore has provided technical and strategic assistance to the ACC since 1989, including the development and management of
a Plastic Bag and Film Recycling website and information service - www.plasticbagrecycling.org.
Association of Post Consumer Plastic Recyclers (APR)
Moore conducts an annual survey of domestic reclaimers and exporters to determine the amount of post consumer
plastic that is recovered.
Note: ACC also funds survey work to determine the amount of post consumer plastic that is recovered each year.
Plastic Recycling Corporation of California (PRCC)
In 1993, the PRCC contracted with Moore Recycling
Associates to manage day-to-day activities of the
organization, which brokers over one hundred million

National Association for PET Container Resources
(NAPCOR)
In 2005, Moore Recycling contracted with NAPCOR
to manage its day-to-day activities and to advance
the collection and recycling of PET containers nationally.
Moore Recycling had provided contracted research
for NAPCOR for more than ten years prior to becoming
its management firm, including work to determine
PET export volumes, and to document PET recovery
rates in several states with mandated recycling
programs.
NAPCOR is the trade organization for the PET packaging
industry in the U.S. and Canada. Information about

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Grant - Venue Recycling Project
Under a Resource Conservation Challenge Grant from
the EPA, NAPCOR is nearing completion of a venue
and event assessment project. The scope of the project
includes categorizing venues and events in the United
States, as well determining the potential volume
of recyclable materials available for collection
at these venues. The final project write-up will
also include detailed descriptions of recycling
models relevant to each of the determined event
and venue categories.
Government Agencies & Private Companies
Moore provides consulting services to a variety
of government agencies and private companies in
addition to the ongoing contract work listed above.
