Doug McDowell is the CFO and CIO of Moore Recycling Associates, overseeing the Company's financial
direction and business information systems. In addition, Mr. McDowell administers the finances of
the Trade Associations managed by Moore Recycling including the $36 million dollar budget of the
Plastic Recycling Corporation of California. Doug has developed several pieces of software specific
to the needs of Moore Recycling's clients. In addition, Mr. McDowell served on the Board of
Directors, La Sirena Mexican Restaurant.
