Dennis Bellucci is a native Kentuckian but has survived many adventures beyond the Bluegrass State. Caught up
in the music of Bob Dylan and Joan Baez, he hitchhiked to Greenwich Village as a kid. The next year he found
his way to Nassau. The two trips could be their own novella. His first trip to CA was in 1968 for boot camp at
Coronado Amphibious Base and Camp Pendleton. Following he spent a year in Southeast Asia and returned to KY in
order to pursue a life of dedicated debauchery. After tiring of that he worked at a Children's Treatment Center,
lived on a farm raising organic vegetables some goats, and was blessed with a daughter. Later Dennis used his
skills in trim carpentry in his construction business and eventually got into speculation building. Other jobs
he has held include: guitarist/vocalist in rock and roll band, farm worker, truck driver, hotel manager, and a
restaurateur.
Due to health problems and economic trends, he quit the building business. After prompts from Nina, his daughter,
he developed computer skills and became versed in the realm of plastic package recycling. Patty and Doug invited
Dennis to join the Moore team to help with data collection and research.
Dennis enjoys being in or around water. He relishes evening walks in the country, enjoys a good restaurant, and
devours mind candy in the form of books of fiction. His latest thrill is seeing his grandchildren.
